At WeePrintStore, we want you to be completely happy with your order. Please read our return policy carefully before completing your purchase, especially regarding our custom products.

Personalised & Custom Items

Because the majority of our baby and gift items are made-to-order and personalised specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personalised products unless the item arrives faulty, damaged, or a mistake was made on our end.

Personalised items include any products featuring custom:

  • Names

  • Dates or birth details

  • Photos

  • Wording or quotes

  • Colours

  • Custom design requests

Important: Please double-check all personalisation details, spelling, and sizing carefully before placing your order.

Non-Personalised Items

For standard, non-personalised items, you may contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In their original, pristine condition

  • Returned in suitable, protective packaging

Note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item you received is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. A clear photo of the item showing the issue

  3. A photo of the outer packaging (if damaged in transit)

  4. A brief description of the problem

We will review your claim and offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution where appropriate.

Customer Mistakes

We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for errors provided by the customer during the ordering process. This includes incorrect spelling, wrong birth dates, incorrect size selection, or an invalid delivery address. Please review your order summary carefully at checkout.

Cancellations

Because our custom items are sent to production very quickly, order cancellations are only possible if we have not yet started processing or creating your items. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the credit to your account.
